Pharmacological category:
Anabolic-androgenic steroid
Anabolic activity index: 300%
Androgenic activity index: 30%
Mechanism of medicine action:
Stanozolol is a highly bioavailable 17-alkylated anabolic steroid. Stanozolol does not promote water retention or aromatization. Stanozolol has been used to help HIV patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease lose weight, and it has resulted in significant improvements in weight, BMI, LBM, and muscle size. Stanozolol has been demonstrated to greatly boost collagen synthesis in vitro. Stanozolol has also been shown to have a beneficial effect on wound healing in patients with non-healing wounds.
Side effects:
Stanozolol’s propensity to drain water from the body is a severe side effect. This feature is beneficial for fat burning, but it also has the potential to cause joint damage and ligament and muscle ruptures. Muscle spasms, high blood pressure, early balding, prostate issues, acne, temporary sterility, suppression of their own sex hormones, and gynecomastia are some of the other negative effects.
Dosage:
Stanozolol is administered by intramuscular injection. It must not be given intravenously. Intramuscular injections should be given deep in the gluteal muscle.
Effective dose: 300-400 mg per week.
